You Give A Little Love is a song written by Paul Williams for the 1976 film Bugsy Malone.

Background[]

Kasabian first covered You Give A Little Love at Mulberry's Fire Pit Party at Coachella 2012^[1] and once again at an acoustic gig for XFM on 13 August 2012. In an interview on the German TV show on tape in November 2011 Tom named You Give A Little Love as a song he would have liked to have written.^[2] Asked about the decision to cover it they said they were big fans of the film and Mulberry's Coachella party seemed like the perfect opportunity.^[3] The song appeared on the band's setlist as "We Could Have Been" and was posted by Mulberry on YouTube as "We Could Have Been Anything" instead of its actual title.
