According to composer Ilan Eshkeri he approached writing the score for the film by trying to imagine what kind of music the characters would listen to, and realised that for the pop/rock inspired themes he would have to get actual rock musicians to play them. In addition to Chris, Ian and Ben the soundtrack features Tim Wheeler from Ash, as well as the London Metropolitan Orchestra who already worked with Kasabian on Velociraptor!.[1]
